Two serious questions about a “Large Vagina/Vulva”.
#1. Is there anything to improve and does it work?
Question #2 background: I knew this lady six years and we were intimate dance partners for two years, so it’s not like we’ve just met. She knows my personality and I know hers so there’s a level of trust here. We met again last Tuesday at dance and now I’m wondering if I want to rekindle that relationship.
Question #1: “Pelvic Floor Muscle” exercises and surgery are remedies. Do any of you have experience with and/or knowledge of what works and what doesn’t?

P.S. To complicate #2 I would like to tell her regardless if I decide to rekindle. She expressed the desire to reestablish her social life.
And a summary of my research for those interested.
For the female, girth: it's the vulva (opening) not the vagina that gives the most pleasure to the female. The internal walls of the vagina itself do not have a great supply of nerve endings, thus are not very sensitive to touch. The outer one-third of the vagina, especially near the opening, contains nearly 90 percent of the vaginal nerve endings and therefore is much more sensitive to touch than the inner two-thirds of the vaginal barrel.
For the male, length: it’s the vagina not the vulva that gives the most pleasure to the male. Because of its muscular tissue, the vagina has the ability to expand and contract, like a balloon, allowing a baby to pass through during childbirth, or adjusting to fit snugly around a tampon, a finger or any size penis.
For reproduction: its length not girth.
My Summary: The female pelvic floor muscles seem to be the pleasure key for both males and females regardless of penis or vagina size. The more a woman can constrict her vagina around the penis the more pleasure for both. But, the larger the vagina, the smaller the penis the less she can constrict, the less there is to constrict. |

The sex wasn’t good, but the rest of the relationship was excellent. The relationship fizzled because she had several traumatic events in her life and she moved away.
Question #2: A little more help please. How should I phrase the question? “Hey Astrid, you’re got a large vagina. Would you like to talk about it?” I think I need to be a little more personal. | |||

I'm researching devices now. The highest rated device is three pieces, a pressure gauge, a small hose from the pressure gauge to a rubber cylinder. The rubber cylinder is 2.5 inches long and 1 inch in diameter. Insert the rubber cylinder in the vagina and squeeze and the pressure is registered on the gauge. Think of it like pumping iron. Three sets of ten reps at 10 pounds, two sets of two reps at 15 pounds, and one set ten reps at 20 pounds. What I thought was funny is all the parts except the gauge are dishwasher safe. Yes, it did say that. Ah, honey which drawer does this go in, the silverware or utility drawer?
The 2nd category of devices all look like dildos, and the 3rd category is small weights cylinders of varying weight. You insert the middle weight and walk around for fifteen minutes holding it in with vaginal constriction. If it falls out you go to a lighter weight. | |||

Astrid I only know a little that this depends on the woman anatomy I dont know much but I can say to give a natural birth dont make vagina bigger I believe

Thanks Astrid for the suggestion, but I’m on sexual harassment parole at work so I won’t be bringing up the subject of sexual toys for women at the water cooler.
